4 healthy 5 perfect in blogging

In Indonesia, we know about the traditional concept about nutrition that called 4 healthy 5 perfect. It consists of :

  1.  staple food  :  serves as  source of energy for the body to be able to perform daily activities. Examples : rice, corn, oats, potatoes, wheat / wheat flour, and other tubers.
  2.  side dishes  :  has a function to meet the needs of substance in the body builder. For example, the tempeh, tofu, eggs, meat, fish, and others.
  3.  vegetable : has a function to meet the needs of regulating substances on the body. Example:  swamp cabbage, spinach, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, string beans, cabbage squashed, squash.
  4.  fruit : has a function to meet the needs of regulating substances on the body. For example the apple, orange, pineapple, grape, strawberry and others.
  5.  milk : contains a variety of substances that are useful and good for our bodies.

In blogging world, we may compare the concept 4 healthy 5 perfect above with this :

1. follower : indicate that our blog attracts other people, so they pay attention to us and follow our blog.
2. comment  : indicate that our postings  get responses by visitors, in other words our postings may attract them.
3. like : indicate that our posting is one of their favourites, it should make us happy.
4. visitor : indicate that our blog often get visit by visitors, in other words our blogs  attract them.
5. freshly pressed : it is exclusively only available on WordPress.
